摘要: 为促进岭南传统民居建筑数字化建设高质量发展,探讨用BIM技术构建岭南传统民居建筑的三维数字化信息模型的新方式。岭南传统民居三维数字化信息模型的构建,需要获得现存岭南传统民居建筑的基础数字化信息,对获取现存岭南传统民居建筑的数字化信息途径的分析和研究,形成了两种岭南传统民居建筑数字化信息模型构建的方式,其中一种用全息影像测绘仪实测传统民居构建岭南传统民居建筑数据信息化模型的方式,是一种构建BIM数字化信息模型的逆向建模方式,对于古建筑、传统民居、保护建筑等类型的建筑数字化建设有明显的优势。随着数字化技术的发展,用BIM技术构建的岭南传统民居建筑的三维数字化信息模型将有更广泛的使用价值。

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to promote the high-quality development of digital construction of Lingnan traditional residential buildings and to explore a new way of using BIM technology to construct a three-dimensional digital information model of the Lingnan buildings. For the construction of the three-dimensional digital information model of the Lingnan buildings, basic digital information of existing Lingnan traditional residential buildings is needed. The analysis and research focuses on ways to obtain this digital information. Two methods are used to construct digital information models of the buildings, one of which is to use a holographic image surveying and mapping instrument to measure the existing dwellings to construct a data informatization model of traditional dwellings in Lingnan. This is actually a reverse modeling method for constructing a BIM digital information model. Such a model has obvious advantages for the digital construction of ancient buildings, traditional houses, protected buildings, and other types of buildings. With the development of digital technology, the three-dimensional digital information model of Lingnan's traditional residential buildings constructed with BIM technology will have more extensive use value.
