Abstract: Reuse forms of traditional buildings in villages were classified into 5 categories. The traditional buildings can be reused for exhibition, public service, commercial service, business and be adopted etc. Then, the influences of each form on the conservation of traditional villages were analyzed referring to maintaining traditional feature, inheriting intangible culture and villagers’ participation. Furthermore, under the premise of conservation of traditional buildings, the reuse strategies were proposed.
