摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在满足住宅产品标准化、工业化的同时，以可实施、低消耗的方法解决人们追求多元生活方式的居住诉求。通过对当前房地产行业的现状分析，提出并实践了复合模组的户型设计策略，打造“一生之宅”的概念。通过 “一生之宅”对“公共”和“私享”两大空间区域的探索，为产业标准化和生活需求多元化的矛盾提供了一个可行有效的解决方案。“一生之宅”现已初步投入实践，取得了一定的成果以及社会认可度，具有一定的社会效益。

Abstract: While meeting the standardization and industrialization of residential products, this research uses an implementable and low-consumption method to meet the demands for the diverse lifestyles of residents. Through analysis of the current situation of the real estate industry, this research has successfully put forward and practiced the apartment design strategy of composite modules, creating the concept of "life plus". Through the exploration of "public" and "private" space by "life plus", this research provides a feasible and effective solution to the contradiction between industrial standardization and diversified life needs. "life plus" has initially been put into practice and has achieved certain results and social recognition, proving to have certain social benefits.
