Abstract: ABSTRACT　This paper discusses the specific manifestation and development trend of the spatial form changes
in Miao and Dong houses in Southeast Guizhou and records the scientific texture of these traditional buildings after
visiting stockade villages of Dong and Miao people in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture in
Guizhou. We performed literature sorting, contrast analysis and summarising. It was found that with the changes in
the natural environment, ethnic integration, technical progress, and modern lifestyles, as time goes by the dynamic
evolution of the traditional dwelling spaces of the Miao and Dong nationalities is enhanced. This illustrates the
adaptation of the Miao and Wa compatriots to the changing living environment and the collision of tradition with
multiculturalism and modern technology. It is also an inevitable trend for traditional residential space to adapt to the
development of modern life.

摘要： 摘要　探讨时代语境下，黔东南苗族、侗族民居空间形态变化的具体表现和发展趋势，记录黔东南传统建筑的科学肌理。
对贵州黔东南苗族侗族自治州典型侗寨和苗寨进行了实地走访调研，并对代表性的民居进行了实际的测绘，以及文献
资料整理、分析对比、总结归纳，发现随着时代发展、自然环境改变、民族融合、技术进步、生活方式现代化等因素
的改变激发了苗族、侗族传统民居空间形态的动态演化，这是苗族、侗族同胞对不断变化的生存环境的适应，是传统
与多元文化、现代技术的碰撞，也是传统民居空间适应现代生活发展的必然。
