Abstract: High-quality spatial governance carries people's vision of a better life. In the context of stock renewal, building a co-construction, co-sharing, and co-governance community home based on daily residential landscape renewal has become an important strategy to facilitate grassroots governance in the Old City of Beijing. As a traditional Hutong area oriented to the residential function, the alleys and courtyard landscapes surrounding the Dazhiqiao Hutong in the Old City of Beijing are characteristic of a typical daily residential landscape of historic cities. Based on community construction in Dazhiqiao Hutong, this study explores more possibilities for promoting co-sharing governance according to landscapes in the context of multi-subject cooperation. In line with the participatory community self-governance planning, boundaries for public areas, semi-public areas and autonomy areas were determined and their rights and obligations were clarified. The refined daily landscape renewal was designed within the limited space to meet diversified needs. The full-cycle companionship method was used as the technical guarantee, and it included pre-survey, participatory design, and post-use evaluation. Sustainable community co-construction tools were employed, including activities and the popularization of science and management. Eventually, more than 70 community residents were invited to participate in autonomy planning, and 16 micro-construction points and half-meter gardens were built. Moreover, the institutionalization process was explored to guide residents in participating in living space optimization in Hutong through daily landscape renewal in old cities and achieve refined governance. This study provides references for community public space renewal in historic cities and contributes some experiences to facilitate grassroots social governance.

摘要： 高质量的空间治理承载着人民美好生活的愿景，存量更新背景下，以居住型日常景观更新为媒介构建共建、共享、共治的社区家园成为北京老城推进基层治理的重要策略。以西城区达智桥胡同社区营造实践为例，记录多主体协同下，发动70余位社区居民，参与居民自治线规划，打造16处微营造点和半米花园，并尝试探索制度化的过程，探讨以老城日常景观更新引导居民参与胡同生活空间优化，实现精细化治理的路径。具体可归纳为4项核心实践策略，即参与式的居民自治线规划、精细化的日常景观微更新、全周期的陪伴式营造方法、可持续的社区共建工具包。以期为历史城市中的社区公共空间更新提供参考，为推动基层社会治理贡献经验。
