Abstract: This study explores the different heat intensity characteristics of historical and cultural blocks before suggesting strategies for maintaining the vitality of blocks and encouraging sustainable development. Four typical historical and cultural blocks in downtown Chengdu were analyzed. The Baidu heat map was used to study the overlaying hot spots and comprehensive heat intensity. This study found that: square, water landscapes, and interactive experience-type attractions have a high degree of popularity; smaller historical and cultural blocks have higher comprehensive heat intensity; and food locations have a positive effect on the popularity of the district. In the protection and development of historical and cultural blocks, attention should be paid to: protecting and optimizing block hotspots; increasing public open spaces and experience-type attractions appropriately to maintain the cultural atmosphere; adjusting the commercial structure of the blocks; and increasing the proportion of food locations appropriately.

摘要： 探索历史文化街区热力分异特征，为保持街区活力、实现可持续发展提出意见和建议。选取成都市中心城区的4 个典型街区为样本，以百度热力图为基础，从叠加热点和综合热力度两方面研究历史文化街区热力的分异特征。研究发现：①广场、水景观、互动体验型景点在街区中具有较高的热度；②面积较小的历史文化街区综合热力度更高；③餐饮类商铺对街区人气聚集有积极作用。在街区的保护与发展中应该注意：①保护和优化街区热点；②适当增加公共开放场所和互动型景观小品来渲染街区文化氛围；③调整业态结构，适当增加餐饮类商铺的比重。
