Abstract: Digital technology provides a new method for urban design research. This paper attempts to use network open data and multi-agent simulation technology for post occupancy evaluation of urban design. The research value of the technique is verified through a practical case example. Taking Binjiang Road Commercial Street as the example, this paper first uses data from Dianping.com to analyze the urban functional composition and degree of spatial agglomeration, and then identifies urban space issues. Then, for specific identified problems, this paper simulates the macroscopic phenomena to explore the causes of the problems. Data analysis revealed that the key factors in the utilization of space on the Binjiang Road are the nature of land use, the organization of traffic, the composition of business forms, and the open space. A richer and more diverse format will help improve the vibrancy of the street. This research also indicates that post-evaluation of urban design combined with digital technology is suitable for spatial analysis, allowing further analysis of urban problems and contributing to urban design in the future.

摘要: 数字化技术的广泛应用为城市设计研究提供了新的手段,尝试采用网络开放数据和多主体仿真技术进行城市设计使用后评价,通过案例实际操作来验证这一技术手段的研究价值。文章选取滨江道商业街为研究对象,首先利用大众点评数据分析城市功能构成和空间集聚程度,发现城市空间存在的问题;而后针对具体问题,通过模拟要素之间的关系来仿真宏观现象,从而探讨问题产生的原因。通过数据分析发现:用地性质、交通组织、业态构成、休憩空间是影响滨江道空间使用的关键因素,更丰富、混杂的业态有助于提高街道的活力。该研究证明,结合数字化技术的城市设计使用后评价具有较好的空间分析作用,在未来可进一步帮助剖析城市问题和辅助城市设计。
