Abstract

Abstract: Community sports park provides the necessary place for people’s relaxation activities in modern society. Firstly this paper analyzes the concept and the connotation of community sports park. Then, in terms of the quantity, scale, function and facilities configuration of community sports park, the influence factors of its planning and construction were analyzed on service and demand. Sevice factors including economical level, government policy, land-use possibility, management and so on , demand factors including consumption patterns and different personality demands. Finally，the development strategy of community sports park was put forward.

摘要： 休闲已成为现代社会人们生活的必需品，社区体育公园则为此提供了必要的空间场所。文章首先剖析了社区体育公园概念和内涵，然后从社区体育公园的数量、等级规模、功能布局、服务半径和设施配置等内容出发，着重从供给和需求两个层面来分析影响其规划建设的基本因素。供给方面的主要影响因素包括经济水平、政府政策、用地可行性、和经营管理等，而需求层面的主要影响因素则包括居民消费方式转变和主体差异需求等。在此基础上，提出社区体育公园规划建设的发展策略。
