摘要： 老龄化与城市发展给城市老年居住设施带来了很大的挑战。文章通过对成都市老龄居住设施进行了布局与现状的研究，确定了在宏观层面各类设施的布局要点。且深入居住区内部，对介于机构与居家之间的社区养老模式进行了深度探究。提出以“访问、日托、短住”为原型的3种需求模式，结合老年人的实际需求对其复合型模式构筑进行研究，寄希望与小规模的复合型社区养老模式作为社区养老今后发展的方向，成为构建社会养老体系的桥梁。

Abstract: The Aging and the urban development bring a great challenge to the residential facilities of the elderly community. This article analyses the situation and the overall arrangement of Chengdu’s elderly residential facilities, determines the key points of the layout of the various facilities at the macro scale. Through a deep investigation of the residential communities, the paper proposes the prototype model of three kinds of modes, which are "access, day care, short live ". The research explores the complex modes of the facilities, combined with the need of the elderly, hopes the small scale residential facilities become the future development direction of the community endowment, and will make contribution to the social pension system.
