摘要： 文章通过对村镇规划现状的分析，提出分析评价村镇文化价值特色的意义，在村镇相关规划中，建立村镇自身价值文化价值体系对后续规划设计具有指导作用，对丰富村镇文化、培养村民归属感、提升和延续本土文化具有重要影响。面对规划中重物质形态、轻历史文化的现象，文章立足社会历史、民俗文化、艺术、建造工艺、生态等基点提出村镇价值特色分析评价视角，力主分析评价要加大村镇文化价值比重，借以助推村镇的可持续发展及其历史文化的传承。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the current rural planning，the significance of analyzing and evaluating the cultural value is indicated in this paper. In the planning of the town and village, building own unique cultural characteristics system could guide the future planning strategy and this cultural uniqueness has a remarkable impact on enriching the culture of town and village, cultivating residents‘ sense of belonging, promoting and inheriting local humanity. Although some existing plans highlight the material form and ignore the cultural value, this paper stands the perspectives of  history, Ethnic culture, construction technology and ecology, pointing out that it should increase the proportion of cultural value during town and village analysis and evaluation to inherit the culture and promote the sustainable development.
