Abstract: The Pearl River Delta is an important part of China's, and the world's, innovation development pattern. Many innovative resources have been concentrated in the delta. However, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, which are the core area of development in the delta, exhibit inadequate regional innovative development. In the present study, innovative ties in the Pearl River Delta were analyzed and reviewed based on the current layout of innovative resources and patent connections. The results of this study indicate that insufficient efficiency in the regional innovative network has significantly restricted improvements in overall innovative development in the Pearl River Delta. Based on studies of the global innovative development trend, the Pearl River Delta is considered to be a regional innovative community. Several development strategies are proposed consistent with the regional innovative development trend, such as strengthening regional innovation corridors, narrowing knowledge potential differences among innovative nodes at different levels, and improving service level and construction quality. These strategies are expected to guide the free flow of innovative resources and promote improved innovative spatial layout in the Pearl River Delta.

摘要： 珠三角地区在全国乃至全世界创新发展格局中已经占有一席之地，该地区集聚了大量创新资源，但作为发展核 心的广州、深圳对区域创新发展的辐射带动不强。通过创新资源现状布局、企业联系、专利联系等数据分析梳理珠三 角区域创新联系，得出区域创新网络效能不足等问题已严重制约珠三角区域创新整体发展水平提升。在研究全球创新 发展趋势的基础上，将珠三角作为区域协同创新共同体考虑，顺应区域创新发展趋势，提出强化区域创新廊道，缩减 不同等级创新节点知识势能差，提升服务水平和建设品质等发展策略，希望引导珠三角创新资源的自由流动，推动珠 三角区域创新空间格局的完善。
