黔西南地区民居环境实测与气候适应性研究

Abstract: ABSTRACT This paper aims to clarify the advantages and disadvantages of a traditional slate house system in
the Southwestern Guizhou Province compared with new residential systems in terms of climate adaptability. It aims
to provide important guidance on optimization strategies for the design and construction of regional residential
buildings. The slate house is compared with the new house by evaluating continuous outdoor and indoor physical
environments in winter and summer. Together with a questionnaire, the study analyses and summarizes some of
the design and construction strategies for the regional residential construction system. The research shows that,
compared with new dwellings, traditional materials and organization of spaces in older systems have more potential
for microclimate regulation and adaptabilitys. Finally, the research proposes that the continuous ventilation space
combined with Tangwu and Tunkou in older systems are based on passive strategies. In consideration of modern
lifestyles and develop patterns, fundamental house system models based on climate responsibility is a crucial key
to improve indoor thermal comfort and living conditions.

摘要: 摘要 旨在厘清贵州黔西南地区传统石板房体系相对于新民居体系的气候适应性能的优劣,为构建气候适应性地域民
居建造体系提供重要的导向资料,是地域民居设计建造体系优化策略的提出的重要基础研究。研究对石板房与新民居
分别进行冬、夏季连续性室内外物理环境对比测试,辅之以问卷调查,分析并总结地域民居建设体系的部分设计与建
造策略。研究结果显示在居住建筑体系转型过程中,相对新民居,传统民居在材料与空间组织层面具有很大的微气候
调节与适应性潜力。建议提炼并转译、沿袭使用传统石板房的通风空间组织架构,基于被动设计手法提升室内空间舒
适度,并指出结合居住主体生活方式与发展演变特点,构建基于气候适应性的基质地域民居建造体系框架的必要性与
前瞻性。
