Abstract: To solve the lack of systematic application of sustainable development concepts in urban design practice, this paper presents urban design ideas, principles, and target systems under the concept of sustainable development. It identifies the key elements of urban design under the concept of sustainable development and establishes the matrix organisation and expression mode of urban design elements matching the target and spatial scale, drawing on relevant research results at home and abroad. This process uncovers key concepts of sustainable development, compares the key elements of urban design, and coordinates or balances these elements under different backgrounds and scale conditions. This framework provides designers and researchers with urban design guidelines covering tangible elements, and provides an application analysis using the Portland-Milwaukee light rail as an example.

摘要: 为解决缺乏系统应用可持续发展理念指导城市设计实践的问题。通过文献研究,借鉴国内外相关研究成果,提出可持续发展理念下的城市设计思路、原则与目标体系,辨识可持续发展理念下城市设计关键要素,建立目标和空间尺度相匹配的城市设计要素矩阵组织及表达方式。以实现可持续发展理念下城市设计关键要素在不同背景和规模条件下可进行比较、协调或权衡。该架构为设计师和研究者提供涵盖有形要素的城市设计指南,同时以波密线为案例进行应用分析。
