Abstract: The role of refined traffic design in the planning system is not yet accurately described in the theoretical researches and practical applications. In the development process of Guangzhou Iron and Steel Town, the refined traffic design, as the optimization of the regulatory plan, is considered to be associated with the design of road construction. From the macro system optimization and the micro traffic design perspectives, the method of refined traffic design has been proposed in the development and construction of Guangzhou Iron and Steel Town. The macro system optimization is carried out to organize the different modes of transportation in space, and to optimize the cross-section and transport facilities. The transport facilities surrounding the land is optimized from a micro traffic design perspective.

摘要: 精细化交通设计在规划体系中的作用还有待进一步完善,体现在对法定控制性详细规划与具体工程设计之间的衔接桥梁作用,在广钢新城的开发过程中,精细化交通设计作为对控制性详细规划方案的深化和优化,是衔接控制性详细规划与道路施工设计断层的重要桥梁,需要从宏观系统优化和微观交通设计两个层面协调进行。宏观系统优化是从与土地利用协调的角度,确定交通组织模式,理清道路功能,对不同的交通方式进行空间组织,并结合市政和景观功能优化道路横断面和道路红线内交通设施布局;微观交通设计则从单个地块交通特性和需求出发,通过地块周边的交通组织,优化地块周边交通设施功能和布局,从交叉口、路段、公交设施、慢行设施、宁静化设施、出入口等方面进行具体元素的设计。
