Abstract: In School of Architecture of South China University of Technology, the teaching focuses more on technology, practice and regional specialties. Instead of general knowledge on architecture, the teaching of building construction design has transformed to focus on design principles and design methods. Based on the regional characteristics, the application-oriented teaching tried to make the building construction design cohesive with the reality of design capacity development and the needs of students. The methods such as research Learning and Shared Teaching improved the understanding on building construction principles of students and strengthened the mastering of construction design methods, which made the course become a terminal to integrate the relevant courses. The essence of design has been achieved.

摘要: 华南理工大学建筑学院的教学传统具有重技术重实践重地域的特色。高年级建筑构造设计教学的重点由一般性建筑构造知识的系统讲授转向构造设计原理与方法的掌握贯通。专题化的建筑构造设计教学改革以设计应用为导向,结合地域特点,适应学生设计能力发展的现实与需求。研究性学习与共享型教学促进了学生对建筑构造原理的理解,加强对构造设计方法的掌握,使建筑构造设计课成为融合相关课程内容的一个终端,回归设计本质。
