Abstract: Usually commercial complex buildings locate at densely populated areas in the city. The fire control design is more difficult with such complicated pedestrian flow system. In this paper, commercial complex project at Pazhou area in Guangzhou city has been used as a case study to develop the design principles. The key of the fire control design of the complex is the podium with multiple functions such as shopping malls, retail, catering, theater and etc. The most difficult parts are fire zoning, the appropriate staircase width of theater evacuation, and the fire control of connecting passageway of adjacent buildings. The paper discussed several issues including the influence of the fire control on the layout, the evacuation distance and the evacuation width, and the coordination between the fire control and the functional flows.

摘要： 商业综合体建筑属于城市中的人口密集场所，人流复杂，系统复杂，其消防设计难度较大。本文就广州市琶洲商业综合体项目为例，进行建筑消防设计分析。消防设计的重点在裙楼，功能包含了商场、零售、餐饮、放映厅等功能；设计难点在放映厅的防火分区、疏散楼梯的宽度计算、以及与相邻建筑的连通道的消防设计等。本文就消防设计对平面方案的影响、疏散距离、疏散宽度以及消防和功能流线的协调等问题进行深入的探讨。
