Abstract: In this paper, we take Guangzhou Jindi-Lihucheng planning and design project as example to investigate the use of developmental design models, spatial sequences, sense of place and open space configurations of large-scale residential areas within the suburban context from the view of urban design. It opens the discussion about the design on the human scale and tries to construct a continuous open space system by urban design, in order to establish a clear and suitable living environment.

摘要： 以广州金地·荔湖城小区规划设计为例，从城市设计的角度出发，对郊区大型居住区的宜居空间设计方面进行了探讨。从开发模式的选择、建设密度的思考、城市空间秩序的建立、场所精神的表达等方面进行了分析研究，探讨如何在设计中体现人性化的尺度空间；并就如何构建开敞空间体系设计方面对硬质空间设计、滨水岸线设计、景观视线通廊控制等方面进行了分析研究，希望实现建立秩序清晰，尺度适宜的居住环境的目标。
