“两观三性”视角下岭南特色城市实践路径——以深圳湾超级总部基地为例

摘要： 在建设粤港澳大湾区的国家战略背景下，坚定文化自信、传承岭南文化，探索具有世界眼光、中国特色，兼具地域性特征的现代岭南城市理论与实践道路尤为必要。岭南地域特点主要体现在湿热多雨的岭南气候，务实求新的岭南文化，以及亲水喜绿的生活方式。在“两观三性”理论视角下，具有岭南特色的现代城市应强调充分适应岭南地域气候；传承务实、包容、进取的岭南文化；通过充分利用先进理念和先进科技适应现代岭南人的生活方式。以深圳湾超级总部基地规划为例，构建在规划层面落实“和谐之城、清凉之城、活力之城、智慧之城”的目标，在建筑与景观设计层面加强引导，在建设管理机制层面全程管控的岭南特色城市实践路径。

Abstract: In the context of establishing the cultural identity of buildings in a cultural bay area, it is necessary to explore the theoretical and practical path to achieving urban construction that embodies Lingnan characteristics. Lingnan culture is an important thread of Chinese culture. Lingnan characteristics not only embody the spiritual core of traditional Chinese culture, such as "harmony between nature and man, learning from nature, harmonious coexistence, and carrying things with great virtue", but also reflect the humid and rainy regional climate characteristics, a pragmatic, inclusive and enterprising personality, and a regional lifestyle that is hydrophilic and green.
　　The Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters is a core area of Shenzhen City, facing Hong Kong across the sea. In terms of construction, it is a global headquarters and gathering area that aims to be a model city of the future and a "masterpiece" compared to other global cities. This research into the integration of Chinese culture and Lingnan characteristics into the overall construction of Shenzhen Supermarket will not only explore how Shenzhen can demonstrate socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also help promote the construction of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area into a world-class urban agglomeration with unique cultural charm.
　　Due to a large number of immigrants and rapid construction in Shenzhen over a short period, Lingnan culture has been diluted in Shenzhen, alienating the new Shenzhen people from Lingnan culture. Many people in Shenzhen are unaware of Lingnan culture in their daily lives and have doubts about whether Shenzhen is considered a Lingnan city. They are concerned that making Shenzhen Supermarket embody "Lingnan characteristics" meaning building skyscrapers with sloping roofs, wok ears and other "Lingnan symbols". Behind these doubts, there is both a misunderstanding of Lingnan characteristics and a one-sided understanding of cultural heritage. The author of this paper believes that cities cannot be isolated from the natural environment or inherited culture and also cannot ignore the spirit of the times. Located in Lingnan, Shenzhen is both an inheritor and innovator of Lingnan culture. The integration of Lingnan characteristics with the goal of building an international metropolis at Shenzhen Supermarket is a current issue. However, it is first necessary to understand the inheritance and innovation of Lingnan culture from the perspective of regional, contemporary and cultural unity. Shenzhen Supermarket cannot be separated from the local market and copy the development model of other international metropolises; however, neither should traditional forms and symbols be blindly copied and repeated. A city with a global perspective, Chinese culture and Lingnan characteristics must be, first of all, a harmonious city that embodies the core concepts of Chinese culture and overall harmony. At the same time, it must be a cool and comfortable city to live in that fully adapts to the local climate while including the wisdom of Lingnan human settlements. It will be a vibrant city that is open and inclusive: in addition to promoting the lifestyle of Lingnan, it will be a smart city that develops and innovates, keeping pace with the times and combining advanced technology and concepts.
　　The framework for developing such a city includes three aspects: the planning level, the architectural and landscape design level and the construction management mechanism level. The planning level involves implementing a "harmonious city" through ecological planning and near-ground spatial integration planning, including making it a "cool city" through shadow planning, rain shelter planning and ventilation and cooling optimisation measures. In addition, making it a "city of vitality" requires tourism planning, which includes using advanced scientific and technological means in combination with urban event planning to create a "smart city". Implementing planning objectives can be strengthened by design guidance at the architectural and landscape design levels through the design guidance list. At the construction management mechanism level, in combination with the "Chief Designer Responsibility System" and the overall coordination role of the General Command Office of Shenzhen Supermarket, the control of the construction process to include Lingnan characteristics in the design must be carried out to ensure every aspect is completed.
