协同发展背景下河北省物流业空间格局分析

Analysis of the Spatial Pattern of Logistics Industry in Hebei Province under the Background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development

摘要: 基于2016年河北省物流企业POI(信息点)数据,以全省168个区县为基本研究单元,运用ArcGIS软件进行空间分析发现:在省域层面,冀东南物流企业密度高于冀西北,环北京低于环天津;物流企业密度高、中、低区县呈现多核连线、团块集聚、轴向延伸的空间分布特征。在区县内部,物流企业倾向于在县城、镇区、物流园区等区域集聚和国省、省道等干道沿线集散,形成极核型、极核放射型、极核散点型三种空间结构。河北省物流业空间格局的形成受到自然条件、京津辐射作用、规划引导等多种因素的影响,尚存在冀西北物流业集聚水平过低、物流发展轴带尚未形成、物流企业沿路散乱分布等问题。在京津冀协同发展背景下,提出打造各级各类物流节点、构建覆盖全域的物流网络、建设规模适度的物流园区、培育产城融合的物流微中心等物流业空间格局优化建议。

Abstract: The present study utilized logistics enterprise systems information with 168 districts and counties in Hebei Province as the basic research unit and spatial analysis performed with ArcGIS software to show that the density of logistics enterprises in the southeast  is higher than that in the northwest, and the area around Beijing is lower than the area around Tianjin. Districts and counties with high, medium, and low densities of logistics enterprises show spatial characteristics such as connected multiple cores, agglomeration, and axial extension. Logistics enterprises congregate at the county central and provincial roads, resulting in three primitive spatial structures, e.g., polar, polar radiation, and polar scatter. The formation of a spatial pattern in logistics enterprises is susceptible to many factors including natural conditions, influence of Beijing-Tianjin, planning guidance, and so on. However, the spatial pattern is not optimized because of low logistics enterprises gathering in the northwest, discontinuity of logistics developmental axis, and scattered layout of logistics enterprises. Under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development, several propositions for the optimization of spatial pattern in the logistics enterprises industry in Hebei province are suggested.
