Abstract: Focusing on the planning and design of urban district culture and sports parks, this article conducted research and analysis from four aspects: lessons from prominent projects, site selection and layout, psychological and behavioral requirements, and programming. Based on this special research, this article introduced the distinct regional characteristics of the planning and design of the Culture and Sports Park of Midong district in the city of Urumqi.

摘要： 聚焦于城市区级文体公园规划设计，主要从优秀案例的经验借鉴，选址与布局、心理和行为需求、功能构成这4个方面展开研究与分析，提出具有指导意义的设计原则。在专项研究的基础上介绍了具有鲜明地域性的乌鲁木齐市米东区文体公园规划设计方案。
