Abstract: In the renovation project of Chen's Ancestral Hall in Shunde Lecong, besides the traditional renovation techniques, numbers of innovative technological achievements were developed and applicated, such as static pressure grouting reinforcement of foundation, inclining deformed  wall repair techniques, post and lintel structure renovating techniques, clay sculpture renovation techniques, brick sculpture renovation techniques, etc. These solved a number of technical difficulties in protection, completely eliminated cultural relics’ safety hazard, insured safety of the ancient building structure, without reducing the value of cultural relics while restoring the historical architectural style. It offers a reference for the same kind of renovation works.

摘要： 在顺德乐从陈氏大宗祠修缮工程中，应用了静压注浆加固地基技术、倾斜变形墙体修复技术、梁柱结构修复技术、灰塑保护修复技术、砖雕保护修复技术等多项传统工艺与现代工程技术相结合的技术方法。解决了陈氏大宗祠原状保护的多项技术难题，消除了文物建筑安全隐患，保证了古建筑结构的安全,在不降低文物价值的同时，恢复古建筑历史风貌，对同类修缮工程有一定的借鉴参考作用。
