摘要： 为了城市建设中更好地贯彻党中央、国务院关于加快推进生态文明建设意见的精神与要求，提出四点看法：（1） 树立并深化认识“建筑科学”大学科的理念；（2）发展“建筑科学”全才，普及城市、建筑、园林的基本知识教育； （3）以自然宇宙观指导城市、建筑、园林的规划设计与建设发展；（4）以发展园林化山水城市做为城市建设的目标， 加深对城市建设发展方向和如何实现的认识，促进城市生态环境文明建设。

Abstract: To better implement spirits and requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council’s opinions on accelerating promotion of ecological and civilization construction in urban construction, four opinions are proposed: (1) setting up and deepening the philosophy of understanding the big discipline of "Building Science". (2) Developing comprehensive talents of "Building Science" and popularizing basic knowledge on urban, architectures and gardens. (3) Guiding urban, architecture and garden planning designs and construction development with the natural cosmology. (4) The urban construction shall target at development of landscape cities, and great efforts shall be made to deepen understanding on development directions and implementation methods for urban construction, and to promote urban ecological, environmental and civilization constructions.
